Floor Plans
Standard Floor Plans are included with all property photo shoots but can be upgraded to either the 2D Schematic or 3D Option (both coming with the Pro and Plus Packages). When 3D Floor Plans are ordered, 2D Schematic Floor Plans are also included.

Virtual Staging
Staging is done upon request on a per room basis, but a bundle price might be an option if trying to stage more than 4 rooms.
Virtual Twilight
Typically the recommendation for Virtual Twilights (images taken during the day and converting to a twilight/dusk image) is 2 images, one straight on and one at an angle or from the back if there are interesting features. More are definitely a consideration and a bundle price option for 4 Virtual Twilight images.
3D Tour
Taking the virtual tour to another level, there is the 3D Tour that allows potential buyers to essentially “walk through” the property at their own pace, seeing rooms at a variety of angles. They can also move from room to room via hotspots throughout and can move back and forth from any spot available.
3D Virtual Walkthrough Video
Using advanced virtual technology, we can take the floor plans and bring them to life with a virtual tour of the property with virtually staged furniture allowing your buyers to truly see how the flow of the property will actually be through the magic of video. All Photo Shoots come with a Standard Floor Plan at no charge, below is a sample of the upgraded 3D Virtual Walkthrough which includes furniture and textures that does match (as closely as possible) existing textures and furniture.

Social Media Reel Walk Through
Text overlays can be customized upon request, the below are simple samples of what can be accomplished. Final videos would depend on the size of the property and would range from 30 to 90 seconds. Both of the ones below are the same but the one on the left has text added. These make excellent marketing tools you can add to your Facebook or Instagram stories and reels as well as TikTok if that’s something you use.
Photo to Video Conversion
We are living in the future where we can not take photos (ideally good quality photos like the ones take by Battikha Media) and convert them to video in a very realistic manner. We’re not talking slideshows like the olden days, this is completely rendered with movement adding a parallax 3D movement. Can you believe this video was created using this technique?
